DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD MY SESSION DATE?

A.YES. Once you are ready to book your session, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due 24hrs at the time of booking to hold your date and time.

MINI-SESSION vs. FULL-SESSION

A.Mini-Session is seasonal, fast-paced, more posed, shorter shoot time, while Full-Session is more intimate, laid back, longer shoot time means more variety of photos Candid, Posed and in-between.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A.We will start with session-planning information, a shopping guide & tips that I will share with you once you book with me. Then we will go over your outfits by email, text message, or Zoom. To get started, check out my Pinterest pages.

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE

A.My visual storytelling style leans toward a candid, documentary approach (the kids being hilarious, the dog licking your face, lots of cuddles and kisses ), but posed family photographs, where everyone is smiling and looking at the camera, are also treasured keepsakes. I work both kinds of photos into Full Sessions. In contrast, Mini Sessions are typically more posed.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS

A.I have a separate package for session that includes print and for the one that does not include prints, You will have an option to order prints directly through your private online gallery.

CAN WE BRING OUR PET(S)

A.ABSOLUTELY! We LOVE pets and since they are a part of your life, they should be in your photos! Just remember to keep your pet on a leash during your shoot and remember to bring something with you to clean up after them. Feel free to bring treats with you too, they tend to cooperate much more when they have an enticing reward in front of them.

CAN WE BRING PROPS

A.YES! Anything that you’d like to use in your photos that defines your style, personality, etc. is a great way to make your photo shoot more personalized. For children, that may mean their favorite blankets, toys, stuffed animals, etc. For maternity shoots, you could bring baby-related items that you received at your baby shower.

CAN WE ADD EXTRA PEOPLE WITH OUR SESSION

A.Of course! An additional person for an extra fee of $20/person. If you have a big extended family and you want a session for it, Pls send me an e-mail to give you a better quote.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET TO SEE MY FINISHED PICTURES?

A.About 2 weeks after the photoshoot, you'll receive a link to your password protected online gallery. Rush processing is available (for an additional cost).

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS? (I NEED MY PICTURES ASAP)

A.I occasionally schedule last minute bookings (when available) for clients who absolutely can’t wait to have their photos. Booking the shoot last minute does not mean you will be charged additional session fees. However putting in a rush order on retouching/print production means the photos will be billed at a rush rate.

I HAVE AN EMERGENCY/NOT FEELING WELL , CAN I RESCHEDULE THE SHOOT?

A.I understand that things come up last minute and sometimes it can’t be helped. Reschedule requests made with at least a 72 hour notice will be rescheduled ONE TIME for free.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MY SHOOT DATE?

A.Please understand that since you confirmed for your session, it means that session was made unavailable to other clients in order to shoot with you. We can discuss about rescheduling. If you cannot make the second appointment, the session is considered a “no-show” and the the retainer/fees paid is non-refundable.

WHAT HAPPENED IF WE GET RAINED OUT

A.I keep a number of back-up dates open each month in case of bad weather and there is no fee to reschedule if it's raining or too overcast. A beautiful day translates to amazing pictures, so it's definitely worth the wait.
